Policies and Procedures

Let us handle the delivery or pick it up yourself from our warehouse. Your items will be packed in our reusable containers for easy transport.

To make it easier for you to enjoy our rentals, we offer delivery services before your event and collection services after your event. These optional services are available for a fee on qualifying orders.

Our delivery pricing is primarily based on three factors:

Distance from our warehouse
Day of the week
Size of the delivery window

We do not have hard limits on where we are willing to service but our delivery fees will likely become cost prohibitive the further you are away from us.

Day of the Week: Should you require us to deliver on weekends then we will charge an additional fee. We always provide the option to have the items delivered on a business day and retrieved on a business day, even for weekend events. So if you don't mind holding the items for an extra couple of days then you will get lower delivery rates.

Delivery Window: Larger time windows will be cheaper than smaller time windows. For example, delivery between 10am - 6pm (an 8 hour window) is cheaper than 1pm - 3pm (a 2 hour window). Larger time windows help us plan more efficient routes, reducing our fuel costs and time spent on the road, which means lower rates for you.

Some of our goods may be delivered in a plastic wrap for sanitary reasons. This generally applies to any item that will be handling food such as flatware.

Our linens are washed and folded then placed in a plastic bag. Depending on the fabric, they will also be ironed or steamed prior to you receiving them. While we try to minimize the amount of folds we do, our linens will still arrive with creases since they cannot be transported unfolded. If you love a nice crisp table linen as much as we do then we recommend giving them a quick steam or iron on site.

We recognize that during the enjoyment of our items, they may become damaged or lost. Accidents can happen. Standard wear and tear and the occasional piece going missing is a cost of business that we accept as a rental company and price this into our rental fees.

However, should we have an order that is either not returned, returned with severe damage, or missing a large amount of items, then we reserve the right to charge restocking fees to the card on file.

Should you find an item is damaged or lost, especially unique ones, then we would appreciate being notified as soon as possible. This will allow us to make arrangements for any upcoming orders that planned on using that item.

Furthermore, if an item is damaged, then please still return as much of it as you can as we may be able to repair it or repurpose it.

Early communication about damage and loss along with returning damaged items will only serve to help reduce or eliminate any restocking fees we charge.

You are always welcome to add to an existing order but it will be subject to the availability of the items.

Last minute additions may not be possible to accommodate, even if the items are available. Orders take time for our staff to prepare and verify. Preparing orders that were finalized well in advance will take priority over servicing last minute changes.

As your event day nears, if you think you will need additional items, then please make those changes as soon as possible to ensure you can get everything you need.

Our rental rates always include the cost of cleaning our items after normal use. We never expect our customers to clean our linens or wash our tableware. We ask that our items are never put through a washing machine or a dish washer as it can damage them.

For our tableware, we do ask that customers try to scrape off excess food and give them a quick rinse under running water before packing them for return.

Heavily soiled items that suggest negligence or use in unauthorized ways may incur additional cleaning fees or replacement fees. If you are unsure if your planned usage will lead to problems, then please reach out to confirm.

For bookings placed at least 7 days prior to pick up/delivery, you can choose to put down a 50% non-refundable deposit rather than paying the full rental fee upfront. This deposit will reserve the items, so we guarantee they will be available on the booked day.

You must pay the remaining rental fee at least 7 days prior to your pick up/delivery. If you do not pay the remaining balance then we will no longer guarantee your order.

If you place your order less than 7 days from your pick up/delivery, then you will not have the option to place a deposit and must pay the full rental fee at that time.
