Little Rose will take the time to understand all the details your vision and ensure not even the smallest details fall through the cracks. This includes scheduling decor set-up and take down coordination, running local errands, family photo assistance, managing your guests, vendors and timelines, being the point of contact
for all inquiries.
What to Expect...
Our package options include One or Two Event Coordinators (1 sole lead or 1 lead with 1 assistant). We offer hour-based packages to allow couples to customize the day-of or month of service.
Day-Of Wedding Coordination
You’ve done all the planning, now ensure your special day runs smoothly and stress-free. The bulk of our work starts 8 weeks before your wedding.

Wedding timeline assistance & timeline creation

Wedding schedules are developed and communicated to bridal team and
vendors involved -
1 hour Venue walk-through, to discuss and finalize event details

Unlimited email + phone support, check-ins and more.

Morning at home celebration assistance, as needed

Supervision of overall setup on wedding day with an extensive Emergency kit on hand

Review of all vendor contracts to ensure vendors deliver as promised

Provide day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the ceremony, reception & cocktail hour space - whether you’ve hired a florist/decorator or you’re a DIY lover!

All guest and vendor management including the supervision of all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, confirm vendor pick-up times for takedown, venue flips and day-of payments as needed

Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (i.e.. ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings)

Greeting and directing guests, as needed

Family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed

Distribute personal flowers and boutonnieres, as needed

Run any one (1) local errand, as needed

Discreet coordination throughout your day, giving you peace of mind to enjoy every minute, stress free

As with all weddings, if any part of the day is delayed, we will adjust the itinerary accordingly to ensure we’re back on track for time
Month-Of Wedding Coordination
Let us take over and bring your vision to life! We provide the expertise you need to seamlessly pull the day together so you can relax and just think about one thing, getting married! The bulk of our work starts 12 weeks before your wedding.
